Stay updated on emerging trends in educational technology and instructional design. Qualifications: Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related STEM field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with a focus on online STEM education. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in project management and working collaboratively with diverse teams. Passion for education and innovative teaching methodologies.
