JSE listed Crookes Brothers Limited has launched the next phase of its massive R15 billion Renishaw Coastal Precinct Project near Scottburgh on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast. The project, managed by subsidiary Renishaw Property Developments, covers 1,300 hectares with 80% allocated for conservation. The development aims to establish a 'little Ballito' in the South Coast, complete with a 10,000m² shopping centre, hotel, petrol station, private school, and diverse residential options.

This comprehensive project, which already includes the Renishaw Hills mature lifestyle village, underscores sustainable living and local economic growth, with numerous local businesses engaged. Notably, the precinct has attracted significant investor interest, including from an international group interested in building a hotel and additional recreational facilities.
